My name is Patti Sand.
I am an average middle-aged American woman who has embarked on a journey of transformation.
I have worked hard all of my life; lived, loved and played the same way. I have raised my two sons to adulthood and now find myself on a quest to use the knowledge and skills I have learned along the way to make my life what I want it to be instead of what it has had to be.
My goal is to help others improve their lives by sharing what I learned.
How did I get here?
Like most of you, I have had a great deal of stress in my life. Dysfunctional childhood, college, work, raising a family, and trying to keep my marriage together all took their toll.
Out of necessity I studied many different alternative healing methods. Many of them helped me get through some of the worst times in my life. I know first hand the physical, mental, and emotional problems caused by stress.
Helping Your Journey
I started this online business to share what I have tried, what I like and what I don't, and to provide tips and techniques that have helped me. Hopefully what I share can help you as well.
The opinions I share on this site are entirely my own unless otherwise stated. I am not a doctor or a therapist, just a real person. The reviews and articles I write are based on my own experience and the knowledge I have gained from a lifetime of practicing and studying various alternative therapies. I conduct research when necessary to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information.
Take the information that works for you and leave the rest. If something doesn't ring true to you, I urge you to seek out other sources of information. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
I have chosen to make a career out of my desire to help others heal. As an affiliate marketer I do receive a commission on products purchased through the links on this website. I thank all of you who have contributed to my life transformation by making purchases.
Love yourself and remember that you are perfect just the way you are.
